Our practice is exclusively virtual so that we can offer services to anyone across Ontario.
We strive to maintain a client-centred and non-judgmental approach to helping individuals regain control in their lives and grow towards discovering their true selves and finding balance. We are true believers that therapy is not one-size-fits-all, that's why we take an integrative approach to mental health that utilizes evidence-based treatment modalities and prioritizes the needs of our clients.

Our Story
Triello Counselling Services was developed in 2020 with the vision of creating an accessible space where individuals can access mental health services to achieve healing, self-discovery, growth and wellness.
Cassandra Tenneriello the founder of Triello Counselling Services had the opportunity to provide counselling services throughout the remote, isolated Indigenous communities of the James and Hudson Bay region. This experience has helped Cassandra better understand the importance of the interconnection of our physical, emotional, spiritual and mental wellbeing. In addition, Cassandra's time in Northern Ontario allowed her to gain insight into the barriers people living in remote communities face when trying to access mental health services. This is why Triello Counselling Services provides exclusively virtual services to ensure accessibility to all Ontario residents.
