Welcome to Triello Counselling Services
Hi! My name is Jill and I utilize a person-centered, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive approach to treatment. I also provide a warm, judgement free space for clients to feel comfortable during the therapeutic process.
I have experience working with anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma recovery, ADHD, mood disorders, relationships, and other issues faced by many people. The pandemic has also opened my eyes to the effects of burnout, stress, and isolation, which is extremely apparent now, and therefore has informed my experience and skills to a new level.
If you are trying to navigate these areas of life, I am confident that we can work together to help you rediscover what brings happiness to your life. Therapy can provide a way to address your problems and learn strategies to help you now, and in the future.
