Welcome to Triello Counselling Services

Hello! I’m Rick Grundy, a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario. Life can feel overwhelming when the relationships around us are heavy. As a therapist, I provide a personalized approach for individuals, offering empathetic support to navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, stress, loneliness, trauma, negative thoughts, anger, and grief. In couples therapy, I utilize the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for improved communication and to address issues such as infidelity, trust-building, premarital preparation, conflict resolution, parenting concerns, and guiding couples away from divorce with empathy and understanding.

With over two decades of experience in counselling and pastoral care since 1995, I offer an integrative approach tailored to your needs. Drawing from techniques such as EFT, Family Systems, CBT, SFT, Gottman Method, MBTI, and communication skills building, I provide comprehensive support. For those who seek it, I can also seamlessly integrate spirituality. I too provide support to couples and families that include family members with BPD, ASD, & ADHD.

I am here to support you during your individually or as a couple. As an online therapist, I offer sessions from Monday through Thursday, from 12 PM (ET) to 10:30 PM (ET). I provide services online through secure video conference or telephone. If you're interested in seeing if we are a good fit, I offer a free 15-minute consultation.

The Three Tree logo of Triello Counselling Services represent stages of growth and progression. Just as a tree starts as a seed, grows into a sapling, and matures into a towering tree; this symbolizes the stages of development and personal transformation. Our Three Trees represents growth, stability, and interconnectedness.  The Three Trees are designed to be equal in size and shape, symbolizing balance and harmony.  The logo's overall design conveys a sense of strength, reliability, and growth, which are all values we strive to embody.
