Supporting Parents & Caregivers
Parenting can feel overwhelming when your child is struggling emotionally or behaviourally. Many caregivers wonder if they are doing enough, saying the right things, or missing signs that their child needs support.
Therapy can provide children and teens with a safe space to process emotions while also helping parents better understand emotional regulation, nervous system responses, attachment, communication, and supportive coping strategies.

Trauma-Informed Therapy for Children & Youth
Children and teens often express stress and trauma differently than adults. Emotional outbursts, withdrawal, irritability, perfectionism, difficulty focusing, sleep changes, or behavioural challenges can sometimes be connected to overwhelm, stress, or nervous system dysregulation.

Our therapists use trauma-informed, compassionate, and developmentally appropriate approaches to help children and youth build emotional awareness, coping skills, confidence, and a greater sense of safety and connection.
