A free guide to managing stress and overwhelm
When you’re feeling overwhelmed, it can be hard to know where to begin. Finding Your Ground offers simple, practical tools you can explore at your own pace. You don’t need to work through the whole guide at once, start with the page that feels most helpful today.

Inside, you’ll find ways to notice your signs of stress, connect with the present, try gentle breathing, reflect on difficult thoughts, and choose one manageable next step. There’s also space to create a personal coping plan. The guide draws on research-supported approaches, including grounding, cognitive behavioural therapy, and behavioural activation. Some tools may feel more useful than others, and that’s okay. If you’re working with a therapist, you’re welcome to bring the guide into a session and talk about what fits your needs.

This guide provides general education and complements, but does not replace, individualized mental health care. You can skip or stop any exercise that increases distress.
